How to navigate and open maps?

Navigate to the list of available maps by clicking the mapAgoal logo or Latest button, and then click name of the country you want:

How to enable or disable leagues?

Once you are inside a map, you can filter which leagues you want to see by enabling or disabling each check box. You can click All to view all the available maps, or None to disable all of them and start from scratch:

How to move around the map?

Once you opened the map, press click and drag to move if you are on a computer, or two fingers if you are on a phone/tablet. You can switch to fullscreen, increase or decrease zoom or even change the look of the map with the buttons:

How do I access info of each club?

When you see a club logo, that's a marker. If you click it, you will see a window with information about it, and links to Wikipedia and Google Maps:

Why there are numbers in circles instead markers?

When there are several markers too close, either clubs or players, it becomes hard to identify or count them. So those markers are clustered into a single marker indicating how many markers are there. If you click or zoom in, you will see the markers at the right location. If they are shown but overlaps, they will move once you click them, with an arrow to the origin point:
